Product Overview

Core working principle
The working process of an air-cooled welding machine is a closed circulation system:
 
1. Heat absorption process: The built-in circulating pump pumps the low-temperature coolant (usually deionized water or special coolant) to the parts of the welding equipment that require cooling.
2. Heat exchange: When the coolant flows through the welding equipment, it absorbs the heat generated by it, its temperature rises, and it turns into a high-temperature liquid.
3. Heat dissipation process: The high-temperature coolant returns to the chiller, flows through the evaporator, and exchanges heat with the refrigerant, transferring the heat to the refrigerant.
4. Heat emission: The refrigerant that absorbs heat is compressed by the compressor into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, and then enters the finned condenser. At this point, the powerful fan on the top or side of the machine sucks in ambient air and forces it to blow over the condenser fins, dissipating the heat carried by the refrigerant into the surrounding air. As a result, the refrigerant condenses into a liquid state.
5. Cycle regeneration: After passing through the throttling device, the pressure of the liquid refrigerant drops and it re-enters the evaporator to absorb new heat. Meanwhile, the cooled coolant is pumped to the welding equipment again to start a new cycle.
 
A simple summary: The machine completes the entire process of "absorbing the heat from the welding equipment → discharging the heat to the outside through the air-cooling system" inside.
